The applicable KTM/Akrapovič performance mapping unlocks the performance-oriented ECU configuration, but on supported motorcycles it also creates an indicator / lighting integration issue. With the indicators connected, the motorcycle may show “Indicator Fault”, prevent the motorcycle from starting or fail to operate correctly.

This V5 is dedicated to the supported 1290 Super Duke RR editions. Magic Box is installed Plug & Play with OEM-style connectors and restores the functionality addressed by this system without cutting or soldering the motorcycle wiring.
