Magic Box V5 — 1290 R / EVO

1290 Super Duke R EVO 2022–2023

The applicable KTM/Akrapovič performance mapping unlocks the performance-oriented ECU configuration, but on supported motorcycles it also creates an indicator / lighting integration issue. With the indicators connected, the motorcycle may show “Indicator Fault”, prevent the motorcycle from starting or fail to operate correctly.

One dedicated V5 is used for the supported 1290 Super Duke R and R EVO models. Magic Box is installed Plug & Play with OEM-style connectors and restores the functionality addressed by this system without cutting or soldering the motorcycle wiring.
